Refund Policy
Summa is free. There are no paid plans, subscriptions or fees, and we never ask for payment details, so there is nothing to refund.
If we add a paid plan
Before anyone can pay, we'll:
- update this page with the refund terms for that plan
- show the full price, billing period and renewal terms before checkout, with no hidden fees
- make canceling as easy as signing up, online, without having to contact us
- remind you before a free trial turns into a paid plan, and before a yearly plan renews
- keep everything Summa has today free, unless we've told you otherwise in advance
We'll also update the Terms of Service, and change the effective date above. Any refund policy we add will be on top of the rights the law gives you where you live, such as the 14-day right to cancel in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
If you're charged by someone claiming to be Summa
Summa doesn't charge anything today. If you see a charge or a request for payment that says it's from Summa, it isn't from us. Don't pay it; contact your bank or card issuer, and let us know.
